With 25 years of experience, I bring a Master’s in English as a Second Language and proven expertise in reading. My background in evidence-based reading instruction and tech-savvy approach ensure a personalized and dynamic learning experience. Since founding my business in 2023, I’ve seen the joy of transformation as learners unlock their potential.
I am married and the proud mother of one son and four fur babies. In my free time I love to read, dine out, and travel around the world looking for new places to hike and explore.

As an English Language teacher, I observed firsthand the frustration of high-intermediate adult students who wanted to pursue their GED but struggled with reading requirements. These students were placed in basic English classes that didn’t address their specific needs. I created GOTTY GED to help them develop the targeted reading skills necessary to successfully pass the GED exam.
